You can associate multiple email addresses with the same user account. The benefit of this is that every associated email address will be sent an account's notifications. These include campaign approval requests, password reset emails and "login from new IP address" alerts. This is especially useful for situations where the main account owner is unavailable/offline and you need to act on a notification quickly.
Here's how you can set it up:
- Navigate to "Settings" within your account:
- Click "Add Notification Email" and type in the additional email address. Click "Send Verification Email":
- An email will be sent to the email address you entered in step 2. Click the verification link in the email to start receiving notification emails from that account.
- To add another email address, click the "Add Notification Email" button again and repeat steps 2 & 3.
