- You can now see which time zone an iCal link is created in
When creating an iCal link, you can now see which time zone the iCal file will be created using. This corresponds with the time zone that the account is set to use.
- New integrations layout (Recipients tab)
If you have an active Azure or Salesforce integration, you will see a new "CRM" sub-tab under the "Recipients" tab. Here, you can either connect to Azure/Salesforce or jump to the respective Azure/Salesforce tab where you can select your groups.
- New workflow when creating survey actions
Actions are now created in steps. Previously, these were created in one view which meant a lot of scrolling. This is primarily a UX enhancement.
- Account email change verification
If the email address associated with an account is updated, the email address must be verified. The email address will not update until it has been verified via the verification link in the new account owner's inbox. This function can be switched off if necessary.
- Add additional email addresses to receive a user's account notifications
You can now add additional email addresses to an account who will also receive any notifications your account receives (i.e. approval emails, activity reports). Any email addresses you add must be verified via the verification email sent to their inbox. Only once they have been verified will they start to receive notifications.
- Ability to select certain templates which internal contacts cannot opt out of
If your accounts are configured for internal comms, we can now specify certain templates which internal contacts will be unable to opt out of. Previously, this could only be configured across a whole account. This new option provides greater flexibility.
- Ability to add web safe fonts to templates
You can now import web safe fonts into your templates. Using the "custom fonts" setting, you can also add the font so that it's selectable from the formatting toolbar and add fallback fonts which email clients will default to in the event your web safe font is not compatible.
- Updated charts to new 2D style
The chart style has been modernised from the old 3D style to a new 2D look. The colours have also been updated.
- Updated workflow for configuring Microsoft Azure integration
You can now authorise the connection between Concep and Azure without having to share credentials. If you can provide your Azure tenant ID, we'll return a URL which your IT admin will need to use to authorise the connection.
- Reinforced Zoom integration
Introduced additional checks to make sure a Zoom account is not already connected to another Concep account. Previously, connecting to a second account would permanently break the integration in the first account. Also fixed an issue where the date was being parsed in the US date format (MM/DD/YYY) which caused a "this webinar has passed" error.
