Sometimes your team will produce a PDF that needs to be shared with your contacts either as part of a sales offering, a regulatory requirement, or an event agenda. Rather than sending the PDF as an attachment through your usual email system, you can link to it via a Concep email campaign and track exactly who has interacted with that content. To do this, follow the steps below:
While building your email campaign, highlight the call to action you wish to use to link to your PDF. This can be a text link, an image, or a button. Then click the Insert File icon from the editor bar.
This will bring up your Content Library where you will need to upload your PDF. You can either drag and drop the file into the library or using the upload wizard by clicking to Upload Manually.
Once the file has been uploaded into the content library, click to Use the file in your email campaign.
When the new interface comes up, click the Link button on the screen and your file will now be attached to your email campaign.
Once you send the email campaign to your recipient list, you will be able to find a list of each contact who clicked to download the particular file in the system's reporting.
