Concep Send makes it easy for you to include either a text or image link to a Google map in your email campaigns. Doing so makes it easy for your contacts to find the venue for one of your events or visualise where a specific place you are discussing is. Please follow the steps below to include a Google Map in your next email campaign.
Map image link
1 - Place your cursor into the content area where you want the Google Map to appear
2 - Click the Create Link icon on the Concep Send toolbar and wait for the link interface to pop up
3 - Click the Other tab on the far right side of the link interface
4 - Click the Google Maps text link from the provided sub-navigation options
5 - Input the address of your business or event venue into the provided text bar and click the Create Link to Google Map button
Address text link
1 - Highlight the text you want to link to the address and click the Create Link icon in the toolbar
2 - Follow steps 3 - 5 from above, in exactly the same way
3 - When the new interface pops up, click the Link button from the provided options which will turn your text into a map link
Make sure you save your email content once the links are created and test the right address appears when clicked before you send your email out to your contacts.
