If you wish to remove the out of office replies to be sent directly to the profile email address, you can either modify the setting on a specific campaign or for all the new campaigns created in your account.
In order to suppress the out of office replies from being sent to the profile email address for an in progress campaign, by navigating to the Content step in your campaign, click Show next to the Advanced option.
From there you will be able to view the 'Prevent out of office and other automated replies' setting.
Alternatively, if you wish to prevent the out of office replies for all new campaigns created in your account, you will have to navigate to the Setting option in the top right corner of your Send account. From there you will have to select the My Settings tab.
By clicking the Email option you will have to navigate to the Replies sections where you will be able to locate the 'Out of office/automated replies' setting and from the drop down you will then have to select On.
