By default, a survey will use the main sending domain of a user account. If another domain has been set up with Concep Send, and has been shared into a user account, it can be used instead. This guide will show you how to change the domain that is used to host a survey.
You can change the domain used by a survey in the settings for a Collector.
To find this, find the survey you’re looking to deploy, click on the drop down menu and click More and then navigate to the Collectors subtab.
By default you will have one collector called First Collector, however if you have created any additional collectors, you will need to change the setting for each collector. Either click on the title of the collector, or click on the drop down menu and click Edit.
In the pop up window, click on the Domain drop down menu to select which of your domains you are going to use for your Survey. Then click Update Collector to complete the change.
