The Drag and Drop template builder has the function to overlay text on your image block.
Please note: Image overlays can only be turned on at template level
Navigate to Templates and either edit an existing template or create an entirely new one.
Once in the template builder, you will need an image block. Drag one in from the add content menu if you haven't already got one.
You'll then need to navigate to the settings cog on the toolbar and click Configure next to Text Overlay.
This will open up a window where you can configure how you would like the text to look over your image.
The editor has multiple options to customize your text, along with a preview of what the text will look like at the bottom of the window.
Once you have edited your Overlay, click update and you will be prompted by our warning to lock down your image block width and height. We'd recommend this to make sure your overlay renders correctly in your campaigns.
Once you click Yes, you will see a new icon in the block toolbar.
Here you'll be able to enter the text as an overlay, then finish by clicking Add.
