Managing your contacts details and gaining their consent to send communications is very important.
The Preference Center is a tool that helps you establish a healthy communication cadence with your subscribers. It provides an easy way for your subscribers to manage their email by giving them a centralized portal to control what they receive and how often they receive your communications.
To link a button to the Preference Center, we will need the mail merge from the Preference Center which can then be inserted into a button.
To do this, first click into the body of your Campaign and go to Insert, Recipient Details, Recipient URLs, Preference Center.
This will create a Hyperlink within the Campaign. Double click the Preference Center hyperlink and copy the mail merge from within the URL box.
Next, go back into your Campaign content and insert a button. Click create a link and paste in the mail merge we copied earlier.
