When copying a campaign or survey to another account/user you have the options to send a automatically generated email to the owner that they have a new campaign/survey in their account.
After you have selected the "Copy to..." option against a campaign or survey this will pop up on your screen. You will need to fill in the campaign title and select/search for the user you want to copied the campaign to. After this has been completed if you want to send them the notification email make sure you have that option select, like so:
Once all the details have been finalised click the "copy" button to complete the process. Shortly after this the user you chose to copy the campaign to will receive a notification email that will look like this:
Clicking the link on the email will direct the user to the new/copied campaign or ask them to login if they haven't already.
Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address associated with the user account.
