Concep Send surveys allow you to implement a payment option as a question within the normal recipient workflow of a survey. The survey payment system works through Stripe: Online Payment and you will need an account with Stripe to use this feature.
The payment questions type
If you decide to use the payment option simply click and drag the question type into the main body of the survey where you want it to be positioned. A prompt will then pop up asking you to connect your Stripe account like so:
You can also connect to Stripe via the survey settings:
Clicking "Connect to Stripe" will redirect you to Stripe payment, from there you can log into your account or create an account. After doing so you can connect your account to the survey.
After the connection has been made with Stripe you will have access to the payment questions type. Similar to a multiple-choice questions you can set up different payment tiers depending on what you need at the time.
You also have the option to specify the currency for that particular payment. Please note that these payment options do not change automatically based on location of the recipient, so if multiple regions are involved create different options or different surveys.
Discount codes can also be created and used and these can either be a percentage discount or set mark down, like so:
When filling in the survey if I recipient inputs the discount code upon selection of the payment option they will get the final amount as specified on the right column.
Within the Settings of payments you can customise the wording of the question itself and input your wording for the response text.
[amount] is the merge code for the amount paid.
[code] is the merge code for the discount code used.
The meta data option is a field that allows the recipient/payee to label the payment so that they can reference the purchase/identify payments.
