When copying a sent Campaign, you can select which of the previous recipients that you sent to you would like to include in the recipient list for the new Campaign. The criteria for this can be selected based on recipient behaviour, such as only selecting recipients that did not view a Campaign, or did not click on a Campaign.
To do this, find the Campaign that you want to copy in Reports and then click Copy.
This will open up a window that will allow you to select the title for the Campaign.
You can then tick to include and then select the criteria for which recipients to include.
You can then select Copy or Copy and Edit to copy the Campaign.
