You may find your email Campaigns are being blocked by a recipient’s email filters, or their Internet Service Provider. To ensure the delivery of your email Campaigns, you might need to request that your recipients allow the Concep mail servers.
Request that your recipients contact their IT department or email administrator and ask for the following details to be placed on their corporate safe sender and/or allow list.
