- Access to Sent Campaigns page under the Marketing section in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
To find out which of your contacts have opted-out of a specific email campaign, follow these steps:
- Find the e-mail campaign where you want to check your opt-outs.
- Once inside the e-mail campaign you have to navigate to the ‘Report’ form.
- Once you are in the Report form, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the recipients grid. You will then open the drop down menu and click on "My Opt-Outs". It will then refresh the list in the recipients’ grid loading just the contacts that opted out of that e-mail campaign.
