Using Push Messaging during your event enables you to send notifications to your attendees that will appear on their phone, even if they have the app closed. This works as a great complement to in-app messaging and announcements.
To send a message:
- Log in to https://home.concepevents.com and click the Content tab
- Select Push Messaging from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Click the +Push Message button.
- Add the content to your message and specify its exact delivery date and time.
- Click Save to complete your message. Note: The message will automatically be sent on the date and time you determined.
