The Surveys component allows you to poll your audience and display live results, gather feedback through a survey or add a challenge to your event by providing your attendees with a quiz.
Once you have created a survey or a quiz, it must be assigned to either the entire event or to an individual session or activity.
To assign a survey or quiz:
- Log in to https://home.concepevents.com/login and click the Content tab.
- Select Surveys from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Within the table on the center of the screen, click on the blue ‘assign’ button beside the relevant survey.
- Click the +New button.
- Within the pop-up window, select if you would like this survey or quiz to be assigned to your entire event (General), a single session (Specific Sessions) or to every session available (All Sessions).
- If you chose Specific Session, use the drop down menu to identify the exact one.
- Click Save to complete the process.
- Repeat step 4, 5 and 6 for each additional survey or quiz needing assignment.
To adjust Start Date and End Date of the survey or quiz
- Click on the date or time for each survey or quiz to adjust its exact availability.
