Publishing allows you to determine how your attendees will locate your QuickEvent and download it within your event container.
- Login to https://home.concepevents.com/login and click on Manage Event.
- Within the Manage Event tab, click on Publish.
- Enter an Event ID. Click Save.
- Choose your Visibility setting.
- Public: Attendees will use the ‘Find’ button in the app to download the QuickEvent.
- Private: Attendees will use the Event ID to search in the app and download the QuickEvent.
- Invisible: Attendees will not be able to locate and download the QuickEvent.
- Choose Event Status.
- Testing: Use the Testing status to validate changes made to your QuickEvent during the build process.
- Active: Switching to Active status will automatically use an event license. This should be the last step you do before making your QuickEvent available for download by the public.
