To export the survey responses using Concep exporting tool you only need to be able to access the Submission area under Concep section in Marketing.
To export the responses of a survey you need to go to Submissions and click on the survey you would like to export the responses from.
Once inside the survey you just need to click on ‘Export Responses’ button and your responses will be exported in a CSV file.
The spreadsheet file will comprise of the following columns:
- Survey questions and answers (columns starting with the letter Q)
- contact's first name
- contact's last name
- contact's company
- contact's email address
- survey name
- completion status
- date of completion
- date of last response
- The exporting speed will vary depending on your computer speed, CRM server speed, and number of responses.
- The number of records exported by our application is defined by your browser and/or computer capacity. During performance test, we have managed to export up to 10,000 responses for a single submission using Internet Explorer 11.
