The Documents component allows you to add various files to the app for your attendees to view, such as presentation slides, white papers and event or exhibitor files.
To add a document:
- Log in to https://home.concepevents.com/login and click the Content tab
- Select Documents from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Click the +New button.
- Within the Document tab, select the relevant document type.
- Complete all relevant fields within the Document tab. Note that if you are adding an Exhibitor File, you have the option to lock the file with a QR/pin code.
- If you are adding an event file, select the Events tab and assign the document to one or more sessions.
- If you are adding an exhibitor file, select the Exhibitor tab and assign the document to one or more exhibitors.
- Click the Settings tab. Ensure your document is published so that the attendees can view the file.
- Click Save to complete the process.
