The Email Score is a number automatically calculated by the system to indicate how engaged your contact and/or groups of contacts are with your email campaigns. In Microsoft Dynamics CRM you can find three different scores;
1. Email campaign score – This email score measures how engaged a contact was with a specific email campaign
2. Contact score – This score indicates how engaged the contact is in average across all email campaigns
3. Global score – measures how your contact database is engaged on average (broken down by sender, relationship owner etc.)
