In your Concep Send for Interaction integration, there is a feature in the Campaign section called Regarding. The setting is located in the Campaign builder as a tick box under the from address. Once ticked, a drop down menu will appear where you can link the Campaign and its activities to a folder in your CRM.
What this will do is tie all activities generated from the Campaign (such as clicks, views etc) to the contact record in the folder in IA. This means you’ll only be able to access the activities generated by that contact from the selected folder. This is a useful tool to isolate campaign activities, so that you don’t have to sift through information that doesn’t relate to your event. This makes creating lists for reminder emails, confirmations etc that much easier as all the information is isolated and ready to be sorted through.
