Have you just sent off an email campaign and forgot to add one of your clients?
Not to worry! Send has a handy function to send to additional contacts, groups (both shared and dynamic) all the while keeping your report intact.

You'll need to start by navigating to the Reports section in the main navigation menu.
Once in reports, click into the campaign you'd like to make an additional send to and open up the Advanced drop down menu.
Dependent on what 'More' option you choose, a pop up will appear with a list of the relevant contacts or groups to pick from.
Please note that using the Additional Send option will not resend to the contacts who have originally received the campaign. Their contact record will show as an untickable greyed out checkbox.
Once you have selected the additional groups or contacts, click the Send button and this will immediately send out your campaign and update your report.
