To view contacts who opted out from an SMS message:
- Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
- Click the SMS tab.
- Click the title of a bulk SMS message (the title is automatically generated based on the first characters of the message) to view its reporting details.
- In the Interaction Statistics panel, click the "Opt Outs" statistic, or go to the Interaction tab to view additional details.
Important Note
Opt out status applies to both the email and SMS channel. This means if a recipient opts out from SMS, they will no longer receive emails; and if a recipient opts out from email, they will not be able to receive SMS messages from this account. For this reason, some clients choose to setup a user account designed simply to send SMS messages.
