Mail merge text helps simplify sending personalised campaigns to multiple recipients in one go. The following mail merge fields are available for you to use in the campaigns sent from the system.
Simply enter the text as it appears below and the relevant information will be pulled through and displayed for your recipient. Please note that the information must be recorded for the contact for it to pull through.
[sender_street] - combination of sender_address_line_1 and sender_address_line_2 with a space separating them
[sender_twitter_image] - inserts a small Twitter icon linked to the Twitter URL in use for the profile
[sender_facebook_image] - inserts a small Facebook icon linked to the Facebook URL in use for the profile
[sender_linkedin_image] - inserts a small LinkedIn icon linked to the LinkedIn URL in use for the profile
[sender_from] - depending on the campaign's settings, this will be either the email address from the profile used to send the campaign, or the system generated email address
[sender_company] - pulls the Client Name; cannot be altered at user level to ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations
[sender_photo_100w] - automatically resizes the sender profile photo to the specified width in pixels (100 pixels used in this tag as an example)
[sender_photo_150h] - automatically resizes the sender profile photo to the specified height in pixels (150 pixels used in this tag as an example)
[sender_photo_100w150h] - automatically resizes the sender profile photo to the specified width and height in pixels (use with caution, as it does not maintain proportions - 100 pixels wide by 150 pixels high used in this tag as an example)

Campaign Details - Additional Information
Alternatively, you could search for these mail merges in the toolbar of your campaign by navigating to Insert in the toolbar, then scrolling down to Recipient Details, Profile Details, Campaign Details or Current Date & Time.
In this example I added the First Name mail merge found in Recipient Details.
Add Custom Fields
You can also add in mail merges for custom fields. To do this navigate to Insert in the toolbar, where you go down to Recipient Details. Here scroll down to the Custom Fields which will open up all of the custom fields you have set up in your Send account.
