Changing the text that is displayed before clicking send on a Campaign allows you to add an extra layer of customisation.
The benefit of creating a confirmation text is that it will help to ensure that any user about to click send on a Campaign knows what will happen when the button is clicked i.e. the message can be set to be descriptive such as 'You are about to send a Campaign', or instructive i.e. 'Are you sure you wish to send this Campaign?' You can also use this as a reminder such as 'Have you included all intended recipients?' which will help to reduce user error.
The message will display after the default text in the confirmation dialogue window prior to sending, and in a confirmation dialogue window prior to scheduling or submitting for approval with the send or schedule option.
To edit your confirmation text go to:
Settings > My Settings > Email > Sending > Custom Confirmation Message
Or alternatively when in the My Settings tab, use the search bar and type in Custom Text.
