Users can change URL links on a campaign after it has been sent.
This enables users to correct files and website addresses easily without needing to copy and resend their campaign after a link has been corrected.
In order to do this, enter the Reporting section and visit the campaign containing the link you would like to change, then navigate to the Interaction > Links section.
Here you will find a list of all the links that have been accessed by your recipients.
N.B. Only links that have been clicked on by recipients will appear in reports. If the link you wish to redirect is not there, please click on the link in the sent campaign to make it available.
Locate the URL you would like the change and use the dropdown menu to select Redirect as below.
Once selected, a pop up menu will appear asking you to enter your new URL. Enter the address and click the "Redirect" button to finish.
