Have you sent out your communication and realised that you've accidentally inserted the wrong link to your Campaign? Not to worry, you can redirect to the correct link from your Reporting!
This enables users to correct files and website addresses easily without needing to copy and resend their Campaign after a link has been corrected.
Navigate to the Reporting section and visit the Campaign containing the link you would like to change, then navigate to the Interaction > Links.
Here you will find a list of all the links that have been accessed by your recipients.
Please note: Only links that have been clicked on by recipients will appear in reports. If the link you wish to redirect is not there, click on the link in the sent Campaign to make it appear in the reporting.
Click the blue drop down menu next to the URL and select Redirect.
Once selected, a pop up menu will appear asking you to enter your new URL. Enter the address and click the Redirect button to finish.
Note: this does not apply to mailto links, these work in a different way as they do not go to an end URL and instead open up in the mail client. We recommend running through tests that emails are showing as intended before sending a campaign out live.
