It is really important to monitor replies in order to get valuable feedback or identify issues with the Campaign.
Did you reach your intended recipients?
Have your recipients bounced or not viewed the Campaign? Your plan of action may be to send a plain text email or follow up with a reminder email.

Have you provided your stakeholders with an Executive summary?
