| In previous versions of the integration, any new contacts were sourced in the folder that is associated with the survey. In this new version, we have added a configuration that enables you to source all new contacts in a central folder, and then we'll link them to the survey-specific folder, enabling easier management of contacts on the CRM side. Get in touch with support if you'd like to set this up. |

| Using the manual contact import tool, you can now import the primary sponsor information from InterAction. With this feature, you can personalise who the email is sent from to drive higher engagement with your marketing communications. On the "Map Fields" stage, you'll find new values in the drop-down for "Sponsor First Name", "Sponsor Last Name" and "Sponsor Email". |
