๐ New Feature | โ Enhancement | ๐ ๏ธ Bug fix
v3.4 (Major Release) 19th September
๐ | Surveys: Sync webinar attendance data back into Upper Sigma |
Running your virtual events via Zoom Webinars or GoToWebinar? When creating your survey action, you can now sync the attendance status back into Upper Sigma post-event. Choose which delegate field to capture the information in, and we'll do the rest! Setup instructions are available here. |
๐ | Campaigns: Customise the Concep Activity record descriptions |
You can now set custom descriptions for each action type so that you can capture in CRM the information most useful to you. Reach out to support if you'd like to amend the default descriptions. |
๐ | Campaigns: Capture the bounce and opt out reason in activities |
Coming hand-in-hand with the feature listed above, we can dynamically insert detailed opt out and bounce reasons into the corresponding Concep Activity records. Reach out to support if you'd like to capture the more granular reasons in the CRM records. |
๐ | Campaigns: Prompt a selection in Regarding checkbox |
We know that most of your email campaigns are regarding an event or broadcast. With our Regarding feature you can associate all engagement with an email to a specific event or broadcast in Upper Sigma. This new feature simply prompts users to link the email to an event or broadcast before it is distributed. |
โ | Surveys: Map questions to all delegate/subscriber fields |
In previous versions, you could only map survey questions to one delegate field: RSVP Status. In this upgrade, you can now map a survey question to any additional field you add to the delegate or subscriber objects in Upper Sigma. |
๐ ๏ธ | Surveys: Hidden read-only fields in mappings area |
Previously, you could map survey questions to read-only fields in CRM (i.e. formula fields), which caused the connector to break. We have now ensured that users can only map questions to fields where our integration user has write access. |
v3.3 (Minor Release) 31st August
โ | Security: Remediation for vulnerabilities flagged in the latest penetration test |
A handful of low-risk vulnerabilities were found in the latest pen test, which have been resolved in this release. |
v3.2 (Major Release) 30th June
โ | Campaigns: Efficiency improvements in connector |
This update contains a 98.6% reduction in the number of API calls used to insert email campaign activities into Salesforce and Upper Sigma, ensuring we abide with Salesforce's strict daily API limits. |
v3.1.1 (Point Release) 23rd June
๐ ๏ธ Configuration: Resolved issue that prevented connection to sandbox orgs.
v3.1 (Major Release) 9th June
๐ | Campaigns/Surveys: Connector works with new Salesforce package |
We have rebuilt our Salesforce package to remove legacy objects and fields, and to make it more intuitive. This new version posts data from Concep into the new Salesforce objects. |
v3.0 (Major Release) 24th April
๐ | Upper Sigma: Brand new integration with Upper Sigma's objects |
We have built an integration between Concep and Upper Sigma, seamlessly and automatically syncing data between systems. Contacts are pulled from Upper Sigma into Concep, enabling you to efficiently send bulk email campaigns to your CRM contacts. As the contacts interact with an email, their activity automatically flows back into Upper Sigma. BD teams are empowered, provided with key insights into exactly what a client is engaging with. With our surveys connector, you can deploy Concep forms to gather RSVPs for your in-person and virtual events, or embed them on your website to drive subscriptions and organically grow your lists in CRM. |
