Concep's new Helpdesk: First Steps to Log in, Submit, and View Tickets

The Client Helpdesk home page displays where a client can login on the right-hand side of the page titled 'LOGIN'. If you do not have a Helpdesk account yet, click on the register tab and fill out your details. You will be sent an email containing a password to verify your account.

Once logged in, the right-hand side of the page will appear with your Account details, providing you with setting options etc.

Within the tool bar which runs along the top of the Home Page, clients can submit a ticket easily by selecting the 'Submit a Ticket' tab.

After submitting your ticket, you can click on the 'View Tickets' page at any time where you can view your tickets. There will be a green icon in the right-hand corner giving you the option to display tickets that have been resolved.

You can select individual tickets in order to view the message content.

Navigating back to the 'View Tickets' page you can also select the option to 'Hide resolved Tickets' in order to display current tickets in progress.
