Concep’s Client Helpdesk is your go to place to submit tickets, watch help videos and explore our Knowledgebase.
Concep Send articles are publically available by default and are the same articles available within the Helpdesk for Concep Send. If you have purchased eCards, cMap, or any of our other products you will need to register for an account with Concep’s Client Helpdesk.
Searching the Knowledge Base:
You can search Concep’s Helpdesk by using the search bar located at the top of the website. Just type in the keywords you believe are relevant to the content you are looking to find, and click search. Remember, when searching with multiple words, please insert the sentence within double quotes e.g. "survey themes". A set of results will be presented to you believed to be relevant to your search. Navigating Knowledge Base Articles:
Knowledge Base articles generally follow a common format. The content enables you to follow the content step by step in order to resolve the issue you may be experiencing. Images are produced as thumbnails which can be clicked to produce the full size image supporting the content wherever possible.
Concep welcomes feedback on Knowledge Base articles, positive or negative. Click here to appreciate how you vote for the article and/or provide commentary on the article. The greater the feedback received, the more we can improve our service to you.
Submitting a Ticket to Client Helpdesk:
If the Knowledge Base articles do not answer your specific query, Concep have a Client Helpdesk Team who is available to respond to your query. Submissions can be made either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and now via the Client helpdesk by using the Submit a Ticket feature. Tracking Tickets with Support Centre:
If you email email@example.com directly, or use the Client Helpdesk online form, both will be received and given a Ticket ID. This allows you and Concep to keep track of the query raised. Clicking View Tickets will show all tickets you have raised with Concep’s Client Helpdesk Team from March 2013 onwards. To understand more about how to navigate this area, please click here .
